• Waitlist email. If you join a waitlist, we store the email address you enter and the time you signed up.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

• To notify you when a product you signed up for launches.
• To answer your questions.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website and store waitlist sign-ups. Data may be processed in countries other than your own.

Retention

We keep waitlist emails until the related product launches and we have notified you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@jushenlabs.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, the UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

This website and our companion products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
